It’s ok to be happy ⁠

Do you know how many of us find happiness an unfamiliar sensation? So many have forgotten what pure happiness feels like that when we start to see it coming, our brain convinces us to run in the other direction (how silly is that!?)⁠

Our brain will actually convince us to find all the possible reasons why there’s no other option but to run. It convinces us that, to move towards the feeling is unsafe because it’s so unfamiliar.⁠

I’m here to tell you now, don’t run! Lean in! Don’t allow your mind to convince you otherwise. It feels like flying, it feels like being wrapped in a furry blanket, like diving under and out a perfect wave, feeling warm lips against your neck. Like looking into the eyes of your newborn child. Like being held in safety by the love of your life. It feels delicious!⁠

You don’t get the epic view without the climb so get your boots on baby! Can you recall the feeling of pure happiness? Do you know ...... it’s your right to to be happy?⁠ Its ok to be happy.⁠
