The pill is promoted as an aid to symptoms of all sorts, however the effects of the pill are proven to incredibly detrimental long term. The pill shuts down the hormonal system completely and sends you into a very estrogen dominant state, it breaks down the microbiome and its classed as an endocrine disrupter.

Coming off the pill, sucks. It’s a long and sometimes very uncomfortable process. Your mood can go haywire, skin too, cycle can be all over the show, fertility and general comfort of life affected. But on the other side of removing that toxicity from your system - comes balance and so much more.
For the last year I’ve been helping a number of women through this process. Being a sounding board for their discomfort, connecting them with as much support as they could possibly need and it’s a deliciously exhausting experience.
